Baking Day Update

by kathy on July 30, 2011

I am pleased with yesterday’s Baking Day. Considering it was a last minute decision, I think it turned out well. Although since I wasn’t prepared I did run out of aluminum foil and big freezer bags. As you can see though, I still made it work!

I didn’t complete everything on my list but that’s okay. Here is what I completed during yesterday’s baking day:

  • yeast rolls
  • Chicken and Stuffing Casserole (this never made it the freezer as we had it for dinner)
  • Waffles
  • Meatballs

So, all in all I’m happy about  this last minute baking and freezing day. This morning has already been less hectic because I just took some waffles out of the freezer and put in oven and we were ready to go!

I have a pretty basic model. The brand is Chefmate. I think it’s from Target. It’s nothing fancy but I’ve been very pleased with it. Let me know how your baking goes!
