I hope y’all had a great weekend! How is everyone on the East Coast doing after Irene?
This cooler weather is making me want to make all sorts of soups and things! I’m just so ready for Fall.
Here is the menu plan for this week:
:: Spaghetti, Salad, Italian Breadsticks (These are so quick and easy! I normally make mine with just the butter and garlic powder and not the cheese. And just a note, I have tried it both ways and I personally think they turn out so much better if you use butter and not olive oil)
:: Open Faced Hot Turkey Sandwiches with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
:: Stuffed Chicken, baked potatoes, broccoli
:: Meatloaf, corn, green beans
:: Leftovers
:: Country Breakfast Casserole, grits, fruit
:: Italian Chicken with pasta, Salad
